Pharmaceutical & Medical Fabrication
We are experts in the manufacture of precision-made stainless steel fabrications. We supply a range of exceptional-quality products for the pharmaceutical and medical industries. We can produce high-accuracy contact parts that meet the stringent guidelines that manufacturers in these industries are required to follow.
Stainless steel for the food & beverage industry
Stainless steel is widely used in the food processing industry in many applications, including storage and food preparation, and is suitable for most classes of food products. This is because it offers high corrosion resistance and a sanitary finish, both of which are paramount for the food and beverage industry.
High Quality Environmental Fabrications
We manufacture high-quality fabrications for customers across various industries, including environmental fabrications that meet the strict standards required within the water treatment and control sector. We take every care during our environmental fabrications to comply fully with the latest Code of Practice guidelines for the water industry.
Wide range of Services…
Depending on the requirement, different welding techniques are used in sheet metal fabrication. Our highly skilled welders are able to carry out the following welding processes:
Stainless Steel MIG Welding (metal inert gas) – this process uses a constant wire feed as an electrode to join the metal together with an inert or semi-inert gas mixture which protects the weld from contamination.
Stainless Steel TIG Welding (tungsten inert gas) – this manual welding process uses a tungsten electrode to produce the weld in conjunction with a separate filler material. Again, an inert or semi-inert gas is used to protect the weld from contamination. This process is suitable for seam welding thin metals.
Stainless Steel Spot Welding – This method is used to join overlapping metal sheets and is achieved by using two electrodes to clamp the metal together while passing a current through. With a consistent weld quality, spot welding will give a low-cost method of joining metals which do not require a seam.
